honestly, english name is a formation of First Name and Last Name
( Z# g$ k7 p( N4 \& |' ~and mostly people can call other by the First Name...+ }  a7 k; d& L- \# x; \
but if we call other people in chinese Full name...X X X....then it will be less friendly than just calling the english first name....
