honestly, english name is a formation of First Name and Last Name8 c/ q! u1 Y8 U, W
and mostly people can call other by the First Name..., N+ w2 e' m% O0 f
but if we call other people in chinese Full name...X X X....then it will be less friendly than just calling the english first name....
