- Not juicy income unless you become a chartered accountant, which takes some work experience and a lot of hard studies.2 L* d* m' G- `
- The good thing is accounting is still one of the most sought after professions. In prosperity or recession, you still need good accountants. `7 O2 p% e6 F/ \& b
- Training required: at least a good undergrad with chartered status takes about 8 to 10 yrs.$ [% Z6 z' j( C# j9 o9 T
b)Lawyer
?% F' x: t/ a- Not as good as it used to be. Lawyers specialize in business/international laws are better off today. Don't trust the TV shows, criminal lawyers are not as romantic/easy as the shows portrayed. Unless you work for the crown, future is not that good.% P/ L! X' Y7 o6 W
- Training required: varies depending on country....anywhere from 4 to 8 yrs.3 {" n0 c/ ]1 L0 v. R) Y3 S
c)Medical Doctor
: K6 v% [. h+ ~/ f) @/ Q* ?- Supplies are over the demands. The only place on earth where you get good paid with a basic G.P. is remote areas in N. America.
: F2 M. z7 g! c( _+ ^, F+ c0 p- Don't even consider medicine unless you want to be a specialist/researcher beyond the basic G.P. training. Patients rights are at the highest in history. More docs get sued than people get bite by dogs. 9 b4 ~, H! u% q2 ?
