I remember when I was 3 years old, Yes, 3 years old, I checked back the history.

and I saw some people were drinking champagne, celebrating something in a MTR train.* a$ m3 B* R8 [9 U1 Z( G$ K8 b
and they were dressing nicely.( k. @4 Q, n: g: e
Actually, that's the opening party for MTR trains in 1979.; Y3 `1 w8 ~% J7 N

% K; o7 d4 p! u. `8 B1 hThen I got nightmares everyday, cos the railway track...is just about 40m away from my home.
9 t+ R3 F5 I/ Q* ZI.e. I heard the noise from MTR trains in every 2 mins (or less in peak hours) 4 p) r0 s: F4 f! P& Q) v/ G
More horrible thing was: my living place was closing to the exit for the train depot.% |  ^# p/ J3 p( a2 H  E6 t$ ~
I.e. when the trains are finished at 1am in the morning, I still need to hear the noise from trains until 2am every morning, and I heard the noise from the train before 5.45am in 3 hours later.
