I remember when I was 3 years old, Yes, 3 years old, I checked back the history.+ f! [  o5 B' a
I was looking outside.

and they were dressing nicely.6 q  R$ o3 W( ]( i& \5 `1 i! m
Actually, that's the opening party for MTR trains in 1979.$ J6 L# h& N8 l9 C( Q

0 h* e: p/ H# _Then I got nightmares everyday, cos the railway track...is just about 40m away from my home." `& K: z! Q8 E, s+ m8 y, ]
I.e. I heard the noise from MTR trains in every 2 mins (or less in peak hours) 4 a  u6 L4 q% b( z3 h
More horrible thing was: my living place was closing to the exit for the train depot.
% |2 S$ m  I+ i# V/ b' fI.e. when the trains are finished at 1am in the morning, I still need to hear the noise from trains until 2am every morning, and I heard the noise from the train before 5.45am in 3 hours later.& {( H( ^" g4 L/ t: r

0 Z. C, G0 R! N- ^" c% _But if that's track work at overnight, i.e. you couldn't sleep for whole night.
