Sorry, I type Chinese very slow.
I have attached two screenshots at the bottom.
I don't have Office 2010 at home so I connected to a differnt computer to get the screenshots.
To your first question, please see screenshot #1.
The symbol on my Office is different, maybe because it is English Office 2010.
To your second question, you can take a look at screenshot #2.
Adjust the page size to exactly A4.
Do a "Print Preview" and see what it looks like before bringing it to print. |
