3 C, m( C; V& VHK government is not trying to make up a rule to put the students in jail.
1 x7 b; g! \" R( BThis rule is to scare the students and prevent students from taking drugs.& V$ X) p& b) v- \6 i f/ E7 O$ N
6 ?6 k- i9 a5 H! FI agree with you that the students who take drugs can find out a lot of methods to get around the rule. (ex. skipping the class), T$ |3 I- M7 v

However, if they really do that, at least the teachers, other students and their parents would realize who the ones that are having the drug problem right now.

$ ^3 y$ x& F2 xRemember, no one in the world is trying to proof the students that they take drugs.
; U7 j# H. j6 u% L" GPeople are trying to prevent them from taking drugs.

The government should force every student to take the test (it should be a standard for all schools and all students so that it is fair for everyone).

6 ^3 j5 m5 w% Z, DHowever, I understand the government will not have enough money or resources to do take action on it. |
