She's one of those who drives slow, slows down more when she sees the pedestrian light blinking, slows down even more when she sees yellow, then stopped suddenly on red.& p' @; m$ ^: q
/ q* e- l8 V, k2 S# p% a# e+ C
She got rear-ended alot because of this.

That's what I call "creating danger by driving safely" haha

I drove down to LA once. Seems like everyone, including the cops and grandma, is driving at least 10mph over the limit.
