there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

, u) M! ^" t2 L6 }7 Y/ a* V
it's divided into 2 sections,4 l% {# \$ P, g- D, R& ]* Z" Q4 a
1 is impromptu talk9 z& D' l8 Q" E) _+ j$ k0 o0 H
another is group discusion# h: R: c8 E3 V. {
% x6 g7 M; _( {5 l* Tall conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare) D6 M( }! [) {; c

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

/ e' Y' {; e Z! W! C" k) ythe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
