for the preliminary interview:

2 }, W5 G! q/ W) {7 g Qthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......9 f/ y4 \: V' [% n

for the extended interview:0 ]5 U7 w* r, v3 o/ v5 J
" S) n. E4 `; G, G/ x! rit's divided into 2 sections,

5 }0 p2 I9 j2 g+ yanother is group discusion2 B$ R$ x* P& V( b, a" P' J; t

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
