for the preliminary interview:

' G* \1 D4 {) i. }there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......2 g! O" B% V7 P: P1 t" _

# Q+ d+ w0 a# kit's divided into 2 sections,

+ @& f& `& S+ C1 y' _: l: uimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

T7 D7 \, R6 Mgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion5 p6 Y+ I' U6 O O; Z( S$ M, k

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!- k7 [( V& m" W0 M: i
