How about at the hospital?

M/ c% H A1 }1 RI touch dead bodies all the time...cancer, surgerical, etc.

1/2 hr after dead, the body will lose the bounce and starting to feel like cold meat. It's kind of disgusting but after a while I am okay with it.+ [7 s) R9 U8 u* {7 o8 c* p
# k2 w' l$ y \When I touch the deceased, I kept telling myself this is not a person anymore, the person is gone and this (the body) is just the shell. If I know the patient well, I would even quietly say goodbye to him/her before the nurses come and pack him/her up.

The ones with accidents in the ER are really bad, but we're too busy trying to save him/her to pause and think. |
