7 ?) N! C0 i$ ?9 I eI touch dead bodies all the time...cancer, surgerical, etc.3 v0 Q$ O8 B7 P) s2 l
5 P8 [& Z5 h7 [; M1/2 hr after dead, the body will lose the bounce and starting to feel like cold meat. It's kind of disgusting but after a while I am okay with it.

When I touch the deceased, I kept telling myself this is not a person anymore, the person is gone and this (the body) is just the shell. If I know the patient well, I would even quietly say goodbye to him/her before the nurses come and pack him/her up./ D1 u$ e" c8 U: K
; H9 k9 T8 z' L& [) i1 e* EThe ones with accidents in the ER are really bad, but we're too busy trying to save him/her to pause and think. |
