How about at the hospital?

3 O( I* M$ M0 jI touch dead bodies all the time...cancer, surgerical, etc.+ p! g/ }, G" \" y# k( ^' m8 @
( l+ r# s8 n/ N" C6 d$ J1/2 hr after dead, the body will lose the bounce and starting to feel like cold meat. It's kind of disgusting but after a while I am okay with it.

" K. s% }3 ]' E7 }/ z% ?When I touch the deceased, I kept telling myself this is not a person anymore, the person is gone and this (the body) is just the shell. If I know the patient well, I would even quietly say goodbye to him/her before the nurses come and pack him/her up., e+ }1 Q: i; R+ O, o, {1 f
! g! k' o7 v5 d0 a' N% \The ones with accidents in the ER are really bad, but we're too busy trying to save him/her to pause and think. |
