! `3 m9 M* Y6 U- Allow 版主們 to remove the points that 版友 just simply 轉貼 from other sites.

The effects are:

% l$ ~, B  P. Y: R- For those who want to 呃post and add points automatically, they will realize they are not getting any point and stop doing it.
6 z3 a: i8 A# J. Q2 h9 ~8 c- It gives basis for 版主們 to ban people who keep on 呃post by 搬字過紙.
