there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......% t I: g" f$ f8 {

it's divided into 2 sections,
* v6 ^+ U5 y+ X* z: E8 I# a0 C1 is impromptu talk0 M' g) E! \2 \$ I; u
another is group discusion! O# X5 a5 L: c9 \' l" b( ^
( ^7 g! @1 P# v- b9 R' E5 Call conducted in english& P0 h: e4 l$ ~

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

1 J& r% b# C' m% V" ^4 y+ `* I8 {) }topic like "environment, biscuit....". B" n. w8 i# U3 Z y6 R+ x( M
: ~/ F3 x6 Q5 _+ fgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion, P. ^9 s" S) a! B

for final interview:
