for the preliminary interview:* k! C! Z* c2 v) U% `0 d

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......! O! x3 e) H8 x% u" L$ i
8 u5 C8 [3 K5 J/ l2 e, O
for the extended interview:$ G" U6 c6 N  ^# M& J' M) G
% h5 p1 m* P  c0 {4 B; b- ]8 [
it's divided into 2 sections,
2 _. {# w3 W' w- x  F3 D- E8 X1 is impromptu talk7 M+ w! T) u: o- o4 k4 Q# P6 \
another is group discusion" P9 Y. [0 }$ x, Q) G. I: \# v' V

# _9 l4 p. I" U$ K2 aall conducted in english$ A, Q: E. w( h. A4 a1 C$ v
1 [' u  h# k2 Q- U2 w2 m+ A% X
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
