for the preliminary interview:

0 q- P. i/ s" W2 b, t4 cthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......) F7 }& l$ D% @$ [) S/ Z* a

9 A; i+ D6 y' ]/ h- t7 V0 E2 Zit's divided into 2 sections,$ C+ q; H+ t3 H8 H& k0 V$ P
1 is impromptu talk! N! f- u* k. ~: }4 R0 F2 |
another is group discusion* N, h( V  E3 o: t( ]

all conducted in english+ @, p+ R' t0 \% m" Q3 y  s

4 q% u% @5 f8 ?4 k9 b) fimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare
& T: I# B2 P$ X# \0 I( o2 M5 C( W& [/ k1 _7 o2 }
topic like "environment, biscuit...."

3 q0 m& w8 K3 L' X5 P3 D& Y2 xgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

8 _1 I! i1 X! ~" v, q  zthe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
