% n' Q6 v' Y( O% t/ Mthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections," W+ `+ {- @3 X k8 |
1 is impromptu talk$ |8 \; K ?4 x0 s1 }5 D i+ v
another is group discusion

all conducted in english! ?! E& a0 F% Y% `; [
: |0 ^9 U0 _, ]impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare8 G& f8 ]) Z4 K

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion- j( e- M' T7 ]/ p# C$ u
