for the preliminary interview:  J  O) o+ F& Y8 g

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

1 is impromptu talk
% s7 z. a' `; `6 O  a' x! Z( Manother is group discusion7 [; a) p: x7 s" N8 }

" h8 }2 U9 C- {* z. y# |6 Rimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare7 E/ g+ o1 {5 C/ t

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!& R9 C3 l+ Q& ]0 w: c8 _. E
