I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
% ]! Y; V# ~: }Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.( b$ K' t' o: b" v: {7 ?

MIND YOUR DISTURBANCE TO OTHER PEOPLE BY YOUR VISION,
