When I travel Japan (same for France),

Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.& B$ Q! E3 Y. Q- N; _( p+ Z+ D. x

and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
