Mind your disturbance to people in public

When I travel Japan (same for France), 8 A: B3 o4 a0 X, T+ z- o6 c) t
I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
/ H; U& N: D/ @% O. ]3 c8 ~Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers., m/ |  R/ `. F# B! I
' ]% m/ `0 P& t
Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
& u6 J. {9 K; ~4 ]3 B) d+ D" \4 _and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
