Mind your disturbance to people in public

When I travel Japan (same for France), ) G/ {" _/ T& H# T2 R0 }$ B
I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.% P* D2 b0 L% D9 j, T- L* p
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.) e: E& {& K6 u5 m; K
- _4 c. C  v6 I4 u' t# n: E( L
Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
* t% c8 v. e5 x: ]0 y1 D" ?  j3 }and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.% s' S) v. |: {: a) ?, k
Therefore I here announce people:
