When I travel Japan (same for France),
) x6 W. o/ }' N6 }9 Z2 cI found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.. w$ p# n2 q5 w  \  c4 V
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,2 G  ]  B( _: ~, f
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
