Mind your disturbance to people in public

When I travel Japan (same for France), + X0 r7 U& Y. A, u3 Z# v
I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity./ a  W2 |* X( \, |* v
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

9 O9 Y9 _; e! \Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,- h( A5 ?+ `/ C+ M
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
