When I travel Japan (same for France),
* h& B; ~: N6 U4 II found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.+ j/ ~4 f8 @$ g& o* Z. z
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

5 Y1 A3 [" O' d/ r* H& q9 @Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,! J  R6 t4 z2 }7 E6 w
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
