Based on my knowledge, many of the above are true. Especially the following two,
" t5 C5 l: c: i4 A
: r+ p) v1 e1 U$ X9 a( k0 U2 v1) BLADDER INFECTION? DRINK CRANBERRY JUICE!!!! 5 m" F  C* w# v" T% L  Z  ]
High-acid cranberry juice controls harmful bacteria.

2) Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, and are known to be beneficial to us in various ways. The problem is that our body does not make omega-3 fatty acids, and we need to consume it from fish.3 e4 Q, w* J4 N; m3 j
" X, @  Z  A7 s( S) ^- b8 h9 b
Many research had been done on omega-3 fatty acids. In Canada, biotechnology enabled scientists to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids in eggs. It is currently being sold at supermarkets here. As a result, consumers can obtain it from a non-fish source. More new products with omega-3 fatty acids are expected in the near future.

However, there's one thing that we should always keep in mind.
$ H$ y) R$ F& b, S7 d9 V2 H
6 A( F0 i/ I' _) K- MA balance diet, and exercise regularly
9 N5 R' F4 |0 t4 E; @0 j2 r$ ~' K0 W5 t6 L) Y8 C% r3 w! a
Even though some of the above are beneficial to your health, if you overdo it, they might actually harm you.; s) Z3 \9 n5 \- j5 X

: T; @0 u/ y% \' W7 }" X$ CFor example, vitamin E is good to you. But overdoing it might lead to Vitamin E poisoning.
" k( B2 P+ }" ?5 G# V) P9 _6 f# X! F( i$ V6 c5 D& g
Therefore, eat a balance diet (eat everything in moderate), and exercise regularly. These are the most important factors for good health.6 m6 j5 ~& I8 |; N& w! y8 y! `
