0 C0 ]# U' W# u. y- d# `
& I' a9 D* R4 U" PBased on my knowledge, many of the above are true. Especially the following two, 6 W8 h, E$ s2 ?$ s8 B& b  r

1) BLADDER INFECTION? DRINK CRANBERRY JUICE!!!!

2 ]7 F% {7 o# {2 h2) Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, and are known to be beneficial to us in various ways. The problem is that our body does not make omega-3 fatty acids, and we need to consume it from fish.# U8 s- n# R$ f& ]

6 s1 d7 ~) ~. I  eMany research had been done on omega-3 fatty acids. In Canada, biotechnology enabled scientists to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids in eggs. It is currently being sold at supermarkets here. As a result, consumers can obtain it from a non-fish source. More new products with omega-3 fatty acids are expected in the near future.

However, there's one thing that we should always keep in mind. 6 O/ y1 j* e2 w) Q% J. N3 J' s/ t

A balance diet, and exercise regularly

Even though some of the above are beneficial to your health, if you overdo it, they might actually harm you.

9 a% ^; I4 t# D( U7 l' |  uFor example, vitamin E is good to you. But overdoing it might lead to Vitamin E poisoning.
