I guess, the problem is: when mechanics fix up the buses, they don't clean it completely..* z# h1 I0 b0 s. J  p. M8 h8 c
and as air-cond buses are in closed environment$ R- R; a8 |( b: M+ x) }8 h
the smell from engine oil can't evaporate easily.
