How about at the hospital?

( I4 g+ c5 E2 i0 w1 O pI touch dead bodies all the time...cancer, surgerical, etc.

. J! u4 N8 c1 D1/2 hr after dead, the body will lose the bounce and starting to feel like cold meat. It's kind of disgusting but after a while I am okay with it.1 @: h* `: c4 K+ f
. F+ y# I7 O3 O( j& bWhen I touch the deceased, I kept telling myself this is not a person anymore, the person is gone and this (the body) is just the shell. If I know the patient well, I would even quietly say goodbye to him/her before the nurses come and pack him/her up.* R, V/ o; a! I2 V1 X# K$ g+ N+ _

The ones with accidents in the ER are really bad, but we're too busy trying to save him/her to pause and think. |
