even there is an inflation in recently, that's not related to salary issue.

if ppl like to gain more, there are only 2 ways to go3 ]: Q4 }4 _" s6 J
1) open a company or
! ?% M+ d. I# V* W/ w( E2) get promotion+ R$ y! h; ]8 L8 S% M+ \9 _1 T" A. r
There would be no use to stay in the same position/company to "wait" for bonus/annual apprasial =.="
