The ideal Hong Kong can be very simply.

Everyone got a different ideal Hong Kong in mind
5 I( w/ a3 P2 OI have stayed in Australia for many years and my girlfriend is Japanese. l6 ]; T8 x0 ~8 [0 r, }8 f' w
So it's hardly to avoid comparing Hong Kong, Japan and Australia

First of all, Hong Kong is famous for shopping, becuase the selling is extremely low3 ]  k* o  T* d7 p! _
However, the style and quality are must worse than Japan.
* x6 w5 V8 c$ T8 O; h# h4 l5 EMy ideal Hong Kong is keeping low selling price but improve quality and style of the goods and service. This is very very hard to achieve.4 @' ]( w' _- W+ j/ u; q1 [
But that is ok, we are just talking ideal. Ideal doesn't have to be achievable0 J5 w9 Y- j( l: O! y0 G
Secondly, the Salary are very high in Japan. High salary improve stardard of living
; }& Z8 D) l. Q% S( I* ZSo, people eat better, wear better, and even go for treavel* r: a( R, @& H, W; n
Thridly, Australia has huge area of land, hardly any to see buildings,
5 ~! _/ R% {$ d  nPeople are living a house. A house is hardly any to see in HK.
# N( K; a( m$ s( p$ z; r& [0 JMy ideal Hong Kong is more land, more house

All other thing between people, I respect this is unique Hong Kong cultue% r! X- |% c- P( y) S  ?, s/ B
In my ideal Hong Kong, the attitude are still the same, such as MK style.
