actually the meaning of vibrating voice is that the sound comes out with dynamic by means of controling the air that comes out from your body
but first of all you needa know how to sing\
when you are singing, you are actually using the air inside your body to let the 聲帶vibrate
and that vibration makes sound and the sound comes out and encounter some places for 共鳴
there are few place that your head could 共鳴
your head, nose, mouth basically
and also your chest could also produce 共鳴
places that could 共鳴 are actually some place inside your body which is 空
sound wave arrives that place and reflects
there are several vibration method
like ALAN TAM, you will see him sometimes moving his head in purpose
that can also cause vibration to the sound waves
and some ppl like hacken, they will use your throat's muscle to control the air that coming out from your body
which makes the air comes out sometimes more and sometimes less
then you can hear the sound being vibrate
and one more method is that
the singer is very relax on body
