don't eat fat,
2 U; N( _. Q6 F9 Z# S1 p1 G0 q6 tjust eat more protein,egg white,beef,chicken and pig and pork chop,/ {# @% R' g, w2 N" O2 G; Y
then go to do gym,and eat more rice.
