His parents rushed to the room only to find him unconscious, with a3 L" a) i. ~% ?! l; A

the nearby hospital, but was pronounced dead on arrival.

This couldn't be true.  You might have a chance of getting yourself burnt if a bad battery so happens to explode.  But there's no way you'd get an electric shock.  This is a just cellphone charger, how many volts do you think it outputs?   Where did you get this information from?
