for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

) z& M2 w& ?) }' U# Kfor the extended interview:7 W  A6 ^* t; v' b3 t- }

- b* a) k7 O& y- d6 {it's divided into 2 sections,
. O6 I6 Z) u6 l0 ]1 is impromptu talk- J" M7 c1 p  M+ W( Z
another is group discusion

4 B& i. S! y* k0 Sall conducted in english3 P7 x7 G1 {/ C# y3 _3 M# p

4 P' @0 B2 ]+ I4 L6 R; K& o  o3 timpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."
+ s2 E' {7 b  w: b7 {! C  d, r
: B/ m* V& h5 a/ ^& M8 q  _, ]6 }group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
