Hi all,

I will open the league when Yahoo registration begins. Just few things to ask around, feel free to voice out your opinion if you see a problem:

1. I will set the league to 12 players (if no more ppl joining we're left with 10, it's easier to have more vacancy than to increase the number once the league is setup)  

2. Post draft players will go to waiver first

3. I am proposing that the 50 move limit will not take effect until the first NBA game is played. Managers can feel free to add/drop players until the NBA season starts. I believe this allows more flexibility to help everyone get their best team to start the season, yet it doesn't allow people to take advantage of 'cartwheel'.

That's about it.
