Brought this av amp last month and found it cannot transfer signal to my04 Hitachi lcd tv through hdmi. Checked with pioneer, friends andother forum confrmed that this av amp had problem in signal throughhdmi to "old" tv. Even 05 pioneer plasma is not ok!

Even this new AV amp has problem in hdmi compatibility, the sound is much much better than my old marantz AV amp which doesn't have HD audio output. "Auto set up" is also very user friendly.
