for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......5 u- ]* Q1 Q/ K3 l" ?

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,8 Y( W& r9 `7 O4 [& t5 y8 }

another is group discusion9 N9 Y3 J1 s4 U) h, H& k* V

all conducted in english

( o4 }2 {; Y4 @# |4 a: F5 I: ~& Iimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare: ?4 `9 z. {; u/ `

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion5 j) }" @" U+ D; Q. }

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!& W+ V! n9 }. I
