How about at the hospital?

8 E2 w9 C1 h# L& K3 b. r- LI touch dead bodies all the time...cancer, surgerical, etc.! F7 M9 [& L+ ]2 e( w' t2 E

1/2 hr after dead, the body will lose the bounce and starting to feel like cold meat. It's kind of disgusting but after a while I am okay with it.+ P* J" _$ ~! m. b7 n9 j6 \# q: e; O

When I touch the deceased, I kept telling myself this is not a person anymore, the person is gone and this (the body) is just the shell. If I know the patient well, I would even quietly say goodbye to him/her before the nurses come and pack him/her up.

The ones with accidents in the ER are really bad, but we're too busy trying to save him/her to pause and think. |
