for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,& B, c" b/ |' V. | B
1 is impromptu talk0 d, Q* Y/ B! a, g5 n
another is group discusion9 B9 G( I; y& ?% Q. u& N5 v4 A
7 u" L% r/ B$ Hall conducted in english- a! f- c# s% O% L# J( g* z+ M
7 |$ U; V4 ]6 s- I! x7 Limpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare, S( _$ R" D9 M g4 N

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:
