When I travel Japan (same for France), ; i1 u! z# c1 U4 z/ O
I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
6 s4 G, Z% z# ]- L; U9 ?Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.+ y, s5 x: y& }9 }+ y9 Q

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
. O6 }0 i- ?  Qand I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.. M9 r) a1 t! J  U2 c1 L7 s, y
Therefore I here announce people: & s; A. E$ c7 A0 V2 i! [- D( d
MIND YOUR DISTURBANCE TO OTHER PEOPLE BY YOUR VISION, ! t; y/ k4 E( D8 N
