there's something I'd like to mention...
1. Caffine can increase your body's metabolic rate, e.g increase heart rate, quicker motions, so, more energy expenditure, so MAY have effects in weight loss....BUT
2. It is thought to be related to the development of osteoporosis...as it reduces Calcium absorption and increase Calcium excretion...
3. Some good things about caffine: Caffine is also thought to reduce the risk of Alzheimer
So, it's a trade off, personally I won't use caffine to lose weight, but it's up to you to decide.
Caffine can do both good and bad to your body, my recommendation is "moderation". currently it is recommended that a person should not drink more than 2 cups of coffee a day. |
