Mind your disturbance to people in public
When I travel Japan (same for France),
9 T! v' ?2 U" `: T; _% RI found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
d1 v1 f+ W, f1 k F! kBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,9 |# b, J8 w7 H! X
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
