Mind your disturbance to people in public
When I travel Japan (same for France),

Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.: ?5 m$ \' V& U. `; x8 Y$ U

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
