there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......$ P8 w% E5 {* s

: X& J" n' l$ H7 ~( T# J1 {it's divided into 2 sections,  T- F1 ]6 ?* _
1 is impromptu talk
2 x: I: j' ?6 Z+ v3 Manother is group discusion
8 V# X: k# w* s  ?9 L% v3 e* F3 Z0 w( I, s' s- a1 X5 e! Z
all conducted in english" g1 c9 n4 h# |' G2 M+ B/ Q

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare8 o+ K# h' W9 Z/ @

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
