it's divided into 2 sections,

another is group discusion

0 Z$ ~' a: O" z& Agroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion0 P# O# ^2 U; ~& p4 W6 q
