all conducted in english

# Z$ r. o! O8 W' |$ E$ gimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

7 \& k) o# f1 H6 agroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion# {' X9 z5 G6 J4 s/ U) j! Y, X1 g
