He don't need to be AAA, but still a pass in language and the minimum requirement to get into F.6 (14 points) seem reasonable to ask.( p, W$ c2 \9 f3 X
and you need to write paper and communicate with others when doing research etc,/ l/ A' x/ ~5 B
so I would say it is too fast for him to get into u.

Now, it just seem to me like an inflated ego (who don't even go to oral) and a university doing SHOW business, which would probably ruin a talent at the end. |
