Mind your disturbance to people in public

I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
$ t- h& v. a8 E3 ]9 dBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

6 q# q& q! C8 e  T0 pHoweverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
