Solitude is part of life....we long for company....but secretly we crave for that rare moment of quiteness on our own.$ Z) Z' n7 m% Z2 N

People feel 'empty' or 'depressed' after a great outing because:7 G2 w1 o% u, @
a) they know this 'feeling' of contentment can not last long6 m P/ U$ g) L$ |" ^
b) they hate to be alone, so they loiter with people...but it's in large group they 'discover' they want to be alone.! T% e! m3 T3 ?) g
c) the contrast is too great between togetherness and lonliess.1 @& y% k; ]" V. z# o8 L" G

Lonliness is not the feeling at your first day of school/work/new life in another country. It's normal to be alone in those circumstances. Loliness is the realization that you're indeed alone after spending years w/ your friends, co-workers, peers, and family members. That's sad. |
