it is being CHARGED!!

A few days ago, a person was recharging his cell! N$ S8 ?# p( c0 X1 o" ~
phone at home. Just at that time a call came and he' c/ A% w' [7 Y6 V7 J: Z5 s
answered it, with the instrument still connected to, [+ i  s* r5 F1 a/ ~& Q
the outlet. After a few seconds electricity flowed
( n6 Q" O( P( Ninto the cell phone unrestrained, and the young man
, ^+ p& U' l7 l! z0 `* M/ l* [was thrown to the ground with a heavy thud.
