there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......( a$ ~8 N$ q  I. o& d4 v

  \' @' W# W2 D! ~it's divided into 2 sections,- k( l0 M4 V' z1 b* F2 f
1 is impromptu talk& k4 ^/ a+ `! E9 Q3 l  [' t
another is group discusion7 M! |7 M( I' D8 Q) i# t, j6 F5 G
1 B3 B& A, w5 q3 D' Q6 z2 w( W
all conducted in english

7 g' @5 `3 ^  h! m" ?9 M- @6 k$ cimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
