if you have someone to drive you to GO station at Kennedy and 407 or up to Town Centre Blvd... it may be faster....

- r  J# j: H' X8 T; eusually a friend of mine goes to GO station at Kennedy and 407 for GO Bus to York University....
& r2 @3 z0 v% y! \- Z1 M8 kYork Region has a new Bus route from Town Centre Blvd ( Warden and Hwy7) and goes  to York University as the last stop... i don't know the fare of that, because i used to drive myself to York University.....

try to look for these method, it may be faster by a bit.... but i am a bit outdated, you better research it....

it shouldn't take you 2 hours to get to York....: ~, v* \0 B6 ~. l, w( r) u; c
I use the same way as you to get to York too
