Mind your disturbance to people in public
When I travel Japan (same for France), ! l. M* ^2 L! _; H$ l
I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
" _, U% O- \+ e' {+ r: qBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
8 q" `5 B5 ?$ |3 \and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.4 z9 E' s! v6 U y; h

MIND YOUR DISTURBANCE TO OTHER PEOPLE BY YOUR VISION,
