don't eat fat,
. W2 k! G, g9 a. P0 R1 Z" b+ ~just eat more protein,egg white,beef,chicken and pig and pork chop,
. G/ c5 F# Y( K6 b  L6 Bthen go to do gym,and eat more rice.
